Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
  • Returns are accepted in cases of:
    • Technical defects from the manufacturer affecting product quality.
    • Incorrect item or missing quantity compared to the order confirmation.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@manifestafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
  • MANIFESTA will not charge additional fees if the mistake is on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange for a different size:

  • The item must meet the minimum quantity required for shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for both-way shipping fees and any additional costs (if applicable).

If you want to exchange for a different product:

  • If the new item has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • If the new item has a lower value, MANIFESTA will not refund the price difference.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any additional costs incurred.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and policy reasons:

  • Intimates & Undergarments (including lingerie, shapewear, and swimwear).
  • Final Sale & Clearance Items.
  • Customized or Personalized Products.
  • Used, Washed, or Altered Items.

6. Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Manifesta reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Irregular or excessive return history suggesting "wardrobing" (buying, using, and returning items).
  • Returns involving worn, altered, washed, damaged, or missing items that do not meet our return conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange only.

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service (both online and offline) to any customer or entity engaging in such actions.

7. Return Process Requirement

To process a return, customers must:

  • Take clear photos and record a video showing the product's condition before sending it back.
  • Ensure all tags and packaging remain intact and include the original receipt.
  • Send the photos and video to our customer support team for pre-approval before shipping the return.
